I offer both short-term (6-12 sessions) and longer-term open-ended weekly counselling sessions to individual adult clients. Sessions are 50 minutes and are usually at the same time, day and place each week.


We can have in-person therapy sessions at my consulting rooms in central Cheltenham.

We can use Zoom to have therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home.

What type of clients do you help?

I offer therapy sessions for individual adults, in-person, online and over the telephone. I do not offer sessions for couples, families, or children at this time.

How much does therapy cost?

Sessions are £55 per 50 minute session. I ask for payment by cash or bank transfer on, or before, the day of the session. The initial consultation is £50.
