About My Services

Find out about my therapy and what to expect with some FAQs

How long does each session last?

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are usually at the same time, day and place each week. In-person, online and over the phone appointments are available.

How many sessions do you offer?

I offer both short-term (6-12 sessions) and longer-term open-ended weekly sessions for as long as you need me.

What type of therapy do you practice?

I am trained in psychodynamic talking therapy. This just means that I am trained to think with you about how your unconscious thoughts and feelings, often shaped by past experiences, might be affecting what’s going on for you right now.

Do you also see couples, families or children?

I only offer therapy sessions for individual adults over 18 years old, in-person, online and over the phone. I do not offer sessions for couples, families, or children at this time.

What problems can you help with?

  • stress and anxiety
  • depression and low mood
  • suicidal feelings
  • self harm
  • confidence and self-esteem
  • loss, grief and bereavement
